Abstract:
There are many difficulties in measuring trace amounts of proteins. However, using "ultrasensitive ELISA", which combines enzyme cycling with a sandwich ELISA method, it is possible to measure proteins at an ultrasensitive level of 1 pg/mL. To elucidate the mechanisms of disease, detect pre-disease states, and even understand the efficacy of drugs, it is essential to accurately measure protein level fluctuations. We will present the application of this method to various diseases.
