一、 緣起：本校 EMI 線上教學意見調查，主要在請同學對於教師上課狀況（如課程全程以英語授 課，教課書與補充教材均為原文等）以及學生學習成效（我能以英語提問並於課堂進行討論與 發言、我上這門課的學習態度、我願意推薦這門英語授課給其他同學等）等進行調查。

Origin: The initiation of this online survey on EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) at our school primarily aims to gather feedback from students regarding the teaching conditions, such as whether the entire course is conducted in English and if both the textbooks and supplementary materials are in their original language. Additionally, the survey seeks insights into students' learning outcomes, including their ability to ask questions and participate in discussions in English, their attitude towards learning in this course, and whether they would recommend this English-instructed course to other students.

二、 目的：學生針對課程問題進行評量，提供教師授課時可以修正或加強的方向。 其評量結果將 提交至本校雙語教學教師成長社群討論，作為本計畫執行成效呈現與校方精進之參考。

Purpose: The assessment by students on course-related issues aims to provide feedback for teachers to make adjustments or improvements during instruction. The evaluation results will be submitted to the school's bilingual teaching community for discussion, serving as a reference for presenting the effectiveness of this project and refining strategies in collaboration with the school authorities.
