Origin: The reason why our school promotes EMI is to "improve the English language skills and employability of domestic graduates". Furthermore, our school's professional training aims at research and development and excellence. Looking at the current international flow of talents in medicine, engineering, and management, Students must be able to conduct cross-border professional exchanges and discussions, participate in international teams, and even move to any work location around the world for service learning. As students' English proficiency improves and the campus environment becomes increasingly friendly, "enrollment or exchange of international students" will naturally occur, thereby achieving all-round development such as "developing international academic partnerships", "enhancing international research partnerships" and "attracting international staff" .
Purpose:
Establish teachers' language awareness in using English, teach from an empathy and learner-centered perspective, and make good use of group activities to enhance students' cooperation, interaction and learning motivation in an all-English teaching environment.
Understand how to make good use of questioning techniques, multimedia tools and other methods in an all-English teaching environment to close the communication bridge between teachers and students, create a positive teaching environment, and improve the depth of students' listening and academic reading skills.
Through the sharing of teaching experience by foreign teachers and the observation of micro-teaching, teachers can improve their English teaching abilities and skills and improve their overall English ability.

Processing method
This lecture explains the "student-centered" teaching method that is emphasized in all-English teaching, including pre-class previews, class interaction methods, and post-class feedback.
